Fifi, from a distance this picture first looked to be a blond woman with her head down wearing a very elaborate dress puffed around her. Then I saw the real picture... ha!
Very beautiful.

I like your painting better, tee hee.

Where do people get that kind of money?!

Heaven forgive me, but that is not something that is worth that kind of money, IMHO. Guess I am missing something - is it the signature that makes it so valuable?

I love the Fifi version better! And thanks for the links to what hangs on the walls in le Castle de Fifi! It's all wonderful and fun to see.

Dear Fifi:

I am not exactly sure what a Wordless Wednesday is! Does that mean I need to leave my message in sign language? I fear that's not the case as I know only one sign and even those it's quite a universal sign, it might get me into a bit of trouble here and send the wrong message!

I do love your work and the Matisse you have done for us today is exquisite. Henri would be very proud that after his life time of practicing his craft, his spirit has entered you and you have taken that talent to a new high.

Oh, Fifi, I do wonder whose spirit I house in this lifetime. Maybe that of a Grand Dame or Queen, no doubt, as I have been afforded just amazing taste and I believe this comes from very strong genes in this particular area. But, one could go on guessing forever. I suppose I should just be grateful I have been given this life so that you can invite me to your parties. I do hope there is one soon. I am growing quite bored of a few things.

Sincerely,

Petunia who has decided she most certainly was at the very least internationally famous for doing something in her last lifetime.
