Springtime has me wanting to be in the garden and thanks to sunshine, I’m excited to plant and decorate my flowerbeds… I never did much with lighting but I found these cute lanterns that work on a timer with batteries… no electricity… and they come on at the time we originally turned them on every night and go off six hours later… adorable during the day…
Anddd… fun to see them flicker at night… my son said it reminds him of Hogwarts and our friends say it looks like fairy lights you see around Disneyland at night… I just love the look…
My friends keep asking be whether I selected warm or cool lights… and the answer is warm for the yellow glow seen above… the “cool” lights tend to cast a blue light. Another thing, the lanterns did not come with holders… I had to buy them separate but I loved that they came in equal sets…
If you look closely, you’ll see that I have place the lanterns all through the flowerbeds… unfortunately, I didn’t take a photo of them on at night… or I should say that I couldn’t get a good photo of them glowing in the garden… and it was too cold to stay outside to capture the perfect shot… I’ll try again during the summer or on a warmer night…
