Let's Play Musical Chairs...

Ooooh I am sooooooooo sorry to leave you wating all weekend to find out what happened to Fifi and Petunia... Wellllll... as you recall last Wednesday Fifi and Petunia were lost VIRTUALLY in Central Park... wellllllll it was really soooo much FUN... getting lost in Central Park with Petunia is ALWAYS an experience... thank goodness for LOTS of warm drinks... hmmmmm... perhaps that is how we got lost in the first place... anyway... it ALL ended magically... we were found and whisked away to The Ravel Hotel in Long Island City... a table with BLUE florals was set up for us with a FAB view of NYC... After dining on FAB food...Candied caramel apples for dessert...

and FABULOUS dessert "Frrozen Haute Chocolate" with REAL gold via the restaurant "Serendipity-3" (The World's Most Expensive Dessert! Guinness has received a new entry into their world record book. The Most Expensive Dessert has landed out of NYC costing $25,000! It is the "Frrozen Haute Chocolate"! The restaurant "Serendipity-3" teamed up with Jeweler "Euphoria New York" who supplied the golden-lined goblet the dessert is served in along with the .2oz of 23 karat gold sprinkles that tops the dessert! The chocolate in the dessert is a mix of 28 of the world's most exotic cocoa, and once the whipped cream crowns the dessert, more gold is added alongside a La Madeline au Truffle which sells for $2,600/lb.)... of course this is a FAVORITE of Petunia's...Later we lounged here... oooh and don't forget to look at the BLUE shades in the bar area...and here...
and here...
and here... it was a FAB evening of musical chairs...
Changing from seat to seat was a blast!!! It was like one setting to the next... and yet all in the same place... truly FAB!!! What more twists and turns will unfold and metamorphosis for Fifi while she spend time in NYC with Petunia this week... wellllllllllllllllll... who knows... stay tuned!

Dearest Fifi:

Oh my, have we had a time of things! What you call getting lost is what I call a whole new adventure! I do love getting lost after a few sips of something lovely! One just never knows who or what may show up. And this time who and what certainly did show up! Oh, Fif, BFFs taking in all that is the best City in the world at Christmas time is over the top fab! But you have told so little of of our story! You have left out all the delicious details as you always do, Fifi. I would love to tell it all now but I have to dash off to...do a bit of shopping? Yes, it's a bit of shopping that must be attended to! If I were not your historian Fifi, so much of your life would not be captured.

Sincerely,
Petunia who won every round of musical chairs because she has never not had a seat anywhere she has ever been.

Fifi, is that dessert REALLY $25,000. That is obscene !! Although, I suppose for Petunia, that's small change!!!!
What fun you both must be having, virtually eating and drinking your way around New York. Will you be doing a little shopping ? I look forward to more of your adventures.
The winners painting is going to be great. What a wonderful photograph . XXXX

I love New York,

New York.New York it's a wonderful town.

I haven't been to Serendipity
for at least eight years.
I don't think I will even bother.
The prices have jumped off the charts.
What nerve to charge that.
There is nothing you could put in it to charge that.
