in Barbara Barry's little French chateau...
and went outside for café créme in the garden...
I thought what a FAB place and day for a tablescape party... so I threw a chic black dress and hat and began looking for the proper menu...
I knew Barbara had FAB dining ware to choose from... did I want elegant...
or FUN...
love that chair design of hers... what do you think... does my painting (original sold... available as a print) need a background or just a colourful mat...
Ooooh and this dining room is, of course, perfect... Love how her help washes the dishes... FAB uniforms they wear too...
Now for some food... appetizer by Martha Stewart...
salad by Emeril...
pasta by Giada...

What a wonderful dream :))
My first Tablescape. Simply fabulous! I loved everything about it. As for your chair, I think a simple mat to set it off would be just right :-)
Oh FiFi.
You never disappoint me. I love the chair, I am voting for the colorful mat. I would certainly love to see my pink hat somewhere in it while you are adding surprise guests.
I love the salad. I will take one of those, and I want someone to come clean my dishes like that. How devine?
Thank you for sharing today sweetie. Everything is so beautiful. I could sleep marvelous in that bed too. What a wonderful place to escape and dream. Walking in the gardens barefoot for me.
Have a beautiful day sweetie. Stop by soon. Loved this post.
Country hugs, Sherry

Oh Fifi,
I love Barbara's little place ! Could you introduce me ?
Can you tell me how big the painting of the chair is, please. ? I love it as it is (no colour!)
I am minimising slightly and think that it would look great in my breakfast room. That sounds terribly grand but it's not. In Victorian houses in England, the breakfast room is next to the kitchen.....sometimes they were called the scullery, hence scullery maid. Forgive me if you know this already !! Lots of people knock the kitchen into the breakfast room to make one really big kitchen, but I like keeping it the way it is.Pardon moi, I don't know why I'm telling you all this !! Look forward to your answer
. Merci XXXX
That French Chataeu is Gorgeous. Oh how I would love to stay there. :))
HI!!!

hugs,
jamie
