This special day deserves a dirty martini… 1.5 shot of vodka - a spritz or light splash of extra dry vermouth - 1 tsp or more of olive brine - skewer olives (homemade) stuffed with good bleu cheese - combine all wet ingredients with ice in a shaker - shake vigorously - strain into a beautiful martini glass - garish with three olives… CHEERS!

I have the want to bake my own sourdough bread fever… and a birthday wish… need to add to my stainless steel All-Clad collection…

Next up…after my wish comes true… look up sourdough bread recipes…and I heard you have to try and try and try again…eventually it comes out AMAZING!!!

P.S. Another perk…the Dutch oven is perfect for making beef bourguignon…yum!

But I have updated a few things and even changed names of celebrity people and television shows on networks: using MADE-UP people and more is MORE FUN to me and I don't have to worry about their existence as mine are forever and fictional...
