Watering for flowers...

All the rain in Southern California = flowers (this painting is available)...Something to look forward to... and another thing to look forward to is all the FAB photographs Mary Laure takes of flowers... Umbrellas for a Rainy Day...

Monday was a rainy day in my part of the world... and while visiting fellow bloggers... Bonjour Madame told her followers about various movies to watch... and this is the one I decided to view via Netflix.com ...
J'adored the decor... this jeweler shop with a ceiling filled with chandeliers... oooh and pink walls...
the COLOURS in this film are AMAZING... and Catherine Deneuve is gorgeous...look at this wallpaper... reminds moi of a Matisse work of art...more bright wallpaper...
and love the set... the shops...

ooooh and the colour of this cafe... I don't think orange can be any louder... and I ADORE it!
Yesssss... this film was filled with inspiration for moi... sooooooo... I painted Les Parapulies de Cherbourg (painting is available email me for information... would make adorable notecards too!)... ENJOY your day... and if it is raining outside... don't forget your umbrella!

Have a Little Pink...

This is my FAVORITE ensemble in this post... this shade of pink is too pale for moi...
AGAIN love the combo of pink, black and white...
how about some pink lips and glasses...pink feather and a FAB cocktail ring...

this is my LEAST favorite ensemble... and for those of you who do not like to wear pink... but like a hint of PINK... there is always a mirror with pink leaves...
Sorry I do not have a painting for today... Fifi is SICK with a head cold... ugh... watery eyes are preventing moi for seeing to paint... le sigh... See you next week with PAINTINGS!!!

Interesting... Unusal... Tablescape...

What's this tablescape about... does it look inviting... do they look happy to be there... Is the mouse speaking to them? Are they hungry and about to eat the mouse? This was such a strange photo via W magazine October 2009... I had to share... it somehow fascinates moi... hmmmm

I think Fifi should perhaps add some paint, bright colours and whimsy to this photo... BRING it to LIFE!!! Maybe she will... but for now she is off table hopping via Between Naps on the Porch... run off and find her... I'm sure she is stealing photos and sipping champagne somewhere anddddddddddd CELEBRATING the fact that ALL email was RECOVERED... YEA!

Who did I paint this for... hmmmm

I did a TERRIBLE thing... excited to get OUTDOORS to paint (painting available)... I accidentally DELETED ALL of my emails folders from all of last year... contacting webmail techs to see if I can retrieve anything... BUT... it doesn't look like it will happen... sooooooooooooo PLEASE email me if you have contacted me in the last year... and to EVERYONE who has emailed me lately... I'm sorry that I did not return your emails sooner... now unless you contact me... I definitely will not be able to email you back... le sigh... this is DEVASTATING!!!

Okkkkk... off to see what I can find out and look for ALL of YOU to email me!!!

Maybe I need a little dancing...

Wasn't sure what to paint for today... and then voila... I visited Frou Frou Fashionista yesterday... and the sketching and painting was easy... and FUN!

NOW if I am to wear this lingerie... I must exercise and tone... maybe with DANCE DVDs...

If one must workout... I believe it should be entertaining!!! What is your exercise regime? Or do you absolutely refuse to have one?
