J'adore cottages... I lived in an area where I am surrounded by cottages and when I see them in other places such as Tybee Island... I can't help myself... I LOVE to paint them... like this one (painting is AVAILABLE for purchase)...
and country French cottages inspire moi even more... this painting is complete below... but it feels like it needs "GOODIES" on the table... tell me what YOU think I should add... TEA or WINE? (painting is AVAILABLE for purchase with wine or tea...YOU tell me!)
while you figure out what I should add... I'm going to hop out of my chair...
and run out in the countryside... enjoying the great OUTDOORS...
ooook... is Winston happy NOW... I sure hope sooooo... NO ONE is allowed in WINSTON's chair EVER AGAIN!!! HOWEVER... I will paint YOUR furry one in a different location... email for details!!!

I know! Tell Winston I'm sorry but while he went for a walk and wasn't looking the cat hopped into the painting! Andddd welll the owners of the cat begged that I paint kitty in the photo... their little grandchildren that are running through the field loved the kitty in the chair too after they FIRST saw Winston in the chair... soooo please tell Winston again... sorry and I will NOT allow anymore kitties in HIS chair!

I LOVE all of these paintings. I love the Kitty in the chair. The kids running too. I think that the table outside should have a Tea cup on the table, with a nice pretty floral tea pot.

He was sooooo distressed after seeing that kitty he wouldn't speak to me. He pouted under the bed for awhile, but after a few doggie treats he hopped right back up and claimed his favorite spot :-). He has a short memory. That is the good thing about dogs. LOL.
OOoooh I see he is BACK in his chair... all should be well NOW!!!

For your table, I think, in homage to summer, some nice red tomatoes and maybe a loaf of fresh baked bread. How about lunch?
The patio picture needs some wine and food!
Well of course I say wine...and maybe floral wine glasses ???
How about a basket with a nice loaf of french bread??? (why do we always say a NICE this or that, like we'd really want a bad one !!

Definitely wine....love all of these as usual, Fifi....love the puffy greens and boxwood esp...this makes me smile....
I personally like wine bread cheese and grapes and a flower lol Too much for such a small table.
I love the children running. Brings a smile to my face.:)
