The Paris Alphabet Adventure Begins Today...

First... I think we should start with "A" place to stay... this looks like a FAB location (image via here)...If you wish to rent a place in Paris... here are a couple of FAB rental companies... Haven in Paris and Paris Perfect ... and if you are interested in purchasing a Paris residence... you may want to contact Adrian Leeds, editor of Parler Paris.
I'm really drawn to this Sotheby Property... j'adore all the colour (images via here)...

Now before I fall into this fabulous bed...

Let's have a VIRTUAL Welcome to Paris party... with food in the dining room (image via Architectural Digest)... catered by The Catering Company @ 142, rue de Rivoli... look at everything... I always say variety is FAB...

oooh la la selection of desserts...

and of course... the champagne will flow as we celebrate our A to Z VIRTUAL Paris Voyage... you may have yours with or without orange juice... CHEERS to April in Paris!!!

Now... be sure to visit other A to Z Challenge participants via tossing it out and other Tablescape Thursday participants via Between Naps on the Porch!

See you tomorrow... a Fashionable "B" and "C" with PINK post and some PAINTINGS!!!

Fifi
This post is highly pleasing to the senses or the mind in this case - I could almost taste the food. The luscious style of the Sotheby Property...yes I adore all the colour. ...and the fab paintings -- did you notice everywhere were paintings of women or maybe the owner?
the color combination's were bold and unusual citrus lemony yellows and greens mixed with salmon and bold pinks and pale blues and Terracotta -- I would take a small pied-a-terre in the first pic in the lovely building

SIGH!
You really are pulling my heart strings here Fifi
Have a good holiday,
Joanny

I rented through Adrian last September: her apt. "Le Provencal". It was superb.... great location, bright, sunny etc. and Adrian made sure everything was perfect....

Hi Fifi, In looking at the rooms I was thinking to myself, the French just do it right. You can look at a room and know it is in France, that is amazing to me. Great post! Kathysue

Oh, Fifi, you make my heart sing with these fabulous photos of Paris. We were to fly over next week, but my husband had to have an unexpected eye operation this past Tuesday. So no flying for us for a while. So I'm excited that you are starting your Paris Alphabet Adventures. It means I'll have 25 more to look forward to. Thanks, sweet friend!

I do believe I could make myself comfortable in this humble dwelling. ;-)

And, orange juice in my champagne sounds quite refreshing.

What a great location for a place to stay. Right next to the Eiffel Tower. I see a cafe sign peeking out below. Look at the balconies. Beautiful decorations inside. Not sure if it is this one or another place. But lovely just the same.
