hmmmmm... perhaps that is how we got lost in the first place... anyway... it ALL ended magically... we were found and whisked away 
to The Ravel Hotel in Long Island City... a table with BLUE florals was set up for us with a FAB view of NYC... 
After dining on FAB food...
Candied caramel apples for dessert...
and FABULOUS dessert "Frrozen Haute Chocolate" with REAL gold via the restaurant "Serendipity-3" (The World's Most Expensive Dessert! Guinness has received a new entry into their world record book. The Most Expensive Dessert has landed out of NYC costing $25,000! It is the "Frrozen Haute Chocolate"! The restaurant "Serendipity-3" teamed up with Jeweler "Euphoria New York" who supplied the golden-lined goblet the dessert is served in along with the .2oz of 23 karat gold sprinkles that tops the dessert! The chocolate in the dessert is a mix of 28 of the world's most exotic cocoa, and once the whipped cream crowns the dessert, more gold is added alongside a La Madeline au Truffle which sells for $2,600/lb.)... of course this is a FAVORITE of Petunia's...
Later we lounged here... oooh and don't forget to look at the BLUE shades in the bar area...

Changing from seat to seat was a blast!!! It was like one setting to the next... and yet all in the same place... truly FAB!!! Oh my, have we had a time of things! What you call getting lost is what I call a whole new adventure! I do love getting lost after a few sips of something lovely! One just never knows who or what may show up. And this time who and what certainly did show up! Oh, Fif, BFFs taking in all that is the best City in the world at Christmas time is over the top fab! But you have told so little of of our story! You have left out all the delicious details as you always do, Fifi. I would love to tell it all now but I have to dash off to...do a bit of shopping? Yes, it's a bit of shopping that must be attended to! If I were not your historian Fifi, so much of your life would not be captured.
