Unfortunately... I do not have air conditioning working properly in my home and it is extremely HOT and SMOKEY due to all the Wild Fires in the Los Angeles area... and I feel too miserable to paint... but I did not want to completely disappoint you... so I Googled "French Dining Rooms" and now... Please ENJOY a few tables I thought I would love to share with you...

beautiful collection of photos! I hope you can stop by and enter your name in the giveaway at Color Outside the Lines. I know you could do some fantastic things with the loot! :) Cheers!
Fifi,
Bummer to have no air conditioning.
I sure hope those fire get under control soon. I always think of the helpless little animals.
I'll take the red dining room. :)

O, Fifi...smelling smoke is way to dang close for comfort. Are they getting any of this fire under control yet? Pls. be careful and I know you are being very watchful.
Stay safe,
bj
Hi Fifi
Sorry to hear about the fires over your way. It has been on the news here and we Australians know only too well what living through the bushfire season means.
On a happier note, I love the images you have found. The purple one I have in my files 'somewhere' and the others are delightful also. Take care x Julie
Love the yellow one so bright and cheery. Hope it cools down soon and I pray the fires stop.
Fifi, I am so sorry to hear that you are being affected by the fires. I hope they manage to contain them quickly.
Thank you for posting these awesome rooms, especially under the circumstances. They are lovely! Hugs my dear.
What an array - it is interesting to see how the basic table can be jazzed up! xxx
be safe, ms. fifi!
Hi Fifi, lucky for us in SD we are not getting any of the smoke. A storm brewing in Baja has managed to shift everything over to AZ - unfortunately, it's still hot here and I have no air AC either. I love all the pictures but am attracted to the simplicity of #4.

Fifi, Those elegant dining rooms were gorgeous, however, I know that I would be most comfortable at the cafe table.

i love the plum dining room.

Ooo, I would love to dine in the third photo fancy dining room. Beautiful.
Hope you're ok out there...praying the fires stop.
Hugs,
Donna
No air and the smoke--the combination is very bad!! The tables are very pretty--maybe they will help you dream of a smokeless area!
Bonjour Fifi!
Worried about you S. Californians...be careful & stay safe. While purple is my favorite color, I love the simplicity of those yellow walls, paired with the classic thonet chairs perfected by the punch of the goblet's profile. If you're swoonin like me, I saw a website for Thonet repros in F&W recently-ChairUp.com! Yay!
It is even too hot to eat. But it is never to hot to drink in beauty. Thanks for serving it up so beautifully.
Sorry about the A/C, it's terrible up here too. I hope you and your family, your friends too stay safe. Ah, the joys of living in Paradise, c'est oui?
Hello Fifi...
I'm so sorry about those wicked wild fires in your area...it must be really miserable combined with the heat! Praying for ya'll out there is CA!!!
Thank you for sharing these fabulous french dining rooms!!! Ohhh my...such "eye candy"! I can't even begin to imagine having such a dining room...my little french country dining room "pales" in comparison but I do love anything and everything French!!!
Wishing you well, my friend!!!
Chari
Lovely table settings. I hope you aren't to close to the fires. It must be horrible with all that smoke, as I remember all to well from fires just before we left there, and to have the AC not working right now.. arrgh.
Hi Fifi- Sorry the fires are so close. But thanks for posting these fabulous photos. Also wanted to let you know, the paintings I ordered from you arrived and are perfect! =)
Beautiful rooms. Love those vibrant purple walls!
Good luck with the air conditioning.
stay as safe and smoke free as you can!
Fifi,
These are beautiful! I feel the same way about working or doing anything for that matter. My body temp is SO high and petit bébé is NOT helping. Trying to find a place to go for a swim... ah, water is all that sounds good right now.
Take care in the heat & fires,
K
Bonjour Fifi. I love the first dining room! Christmas-icy blue and white is one of my favorite color combinations, and it's the perfect palette to keep you cool! I hope you and your family are at a safe distance from the fires, and I hope they are out soon!
Take care,
~Arleen
Oh Fifi, I feel for you with all that smoke. But still you gave us some beautiful images to gaze at!
Brenda
Hope all is well and you're back to making the world a bit more beautiful with your paintings soon!
Fifi, Beautiful! I love that purple wall!
OOOO, you googled good! That chandelier in the first picture took my breath away! laurie
I love the white with the purple walls! Don't know if I would have nerve enough to do it, but love looking at the picture!
Katherine
Some days we just need to revise the agenda dear Fifi, so you have done well. A most Fifi'ish array of gorgeousness.
Millie ^_^
beautiful interior design!
Thank you thank you! Gorgeous! The most decadent is my favourite. Oh, how to have a house where this would be possible...
I love the deep eggplanty-purple of the wall with the white table, and the sunny warm yellow of the other wall--nice, bold colors. Your blog has so much color and life!
Thanks for your visit!
Oh, Mlle Fifi! I am so sorry to hear you were hit by both bad A/C and those horrible fires. :-( Hope all is getting back to normal, and that your paintbrush is back in hand where it belongs!
Hope these last days of your summer are lovely...I'm still wondering where my summer went! By the way, Mlle. Jean from I Love Upstate and I are plotting a road trip that I think you especially would be proud of. That is my hint. ;-)
