Late to the Party by the Water

Sorry soooo late the Tablescape Party... It is such a hot day here... I thought I would pack up some food and head to the water... cool breezes... soooooo I could not make up my mind... I've been busy shopping for Macarons to Nibble by the Sea (6" x 6.5" painting available)...not sure macarons were enough... I stopped by to see Ina for her advice about a picnic...she suggested I fill my basket with grapes, berries, cheese, sausage...
and of course some easy to go Barefoot Contessa items she had on hand...Oooh la la... PERFECT for a Lounging Day by the Water (6.5" x 6.75" painting available)... inspiration for this painting via Aiken House & Gardens...

I hope your day is COOL and ENJOYABLE!!! Be sure to visit other Tablescape Thursday participants via Between Naps on the Porch...

Andddd don't forget... if you have a book... and you LOVE to read... you must have the PERFECT bookmark!!! Or if you have a friend that LOVES to read... Or... darn I say it... if you are looking for STOCKING STUFFERS... HANDPAINTED BOOKMARKS are FABULOUS and AVAILABLE HERE!!! 3 NEW ones are being ADDED today too!!!

Fashion Friday tomorrow... Au revoir... à demain !

Sorry it is so hot. I think it is hot everywhere except here. But this is a rarity.

Take care of yourself!

A big Ina fan also,

Oh I would love to be by the sea today and feel the ocean breeze on my face -- hubby and I are going to the beach next weekend to celebrate his birthday -- your pictures make me look forward to that in happy (if not impatient) anticipation!
