I had planned to paint stolen tables... only I started looking at tables... and I started longing for a French cafe... sooooo my heart raced for a cafe creme at Cafe de Flore...

and my thoughts were focused on going back to my VIRTUAL Paris apartment... last time I had you all to dinner here... and well I was thinking the room was a little dull... soooo... I set about adding some decor...

A little paint on the doors... a little lavender to the drapery... a new black chandelier... grew a couple trees out the window... a little cane backing to the chairs... a little livelier rug... and tablecloth... some dishes.. new napkins... a centerpiece and pink champagne to toast to the new decor... and a view of the Eiffel Tower...

What do you think? Better? If anyone is interested the painting is available in my Bargain Gallery... along with several new ones.. and MORE will be add tomorrow!
Sorry to disappoint you... but I promise to be back next week with STOLEN TABLES... Now off you go to visit other
Tablescape Thursday via Between Naps on the Porch... and come back tomorrow for a day of FASHION and a GIVEAWAY to TWO lucky winners!!!
ENJOY your day!

Your tables are precious Fifi...I think I will stick to the setting the REAL table because I don't think I could draw a plate and anyone know what it was!! Have a great TT!!
You make me long for a trip back to Paris, to sit at an outdoor bistro and sip coffee while eating pastries. (Sigh) maybe again some day.
Hey, there's nothing wrong with stealing your own table! The additions are beautiful!
