The Closer returns for a 5th Season tonight Monday, June 8 @ 9pm (ET/PT)... drama and twists unfold in this FAB season opener... and Kyra Sedgwick as Deputy Chief Johnson wears a GREAT trenchcoat in the shade of PINK to die for... maybe that is not the correct term to use since the season opener involves four murders in one home... Love this cast... the chemistry is great... watch and see...Next Up... Returning for Season #2... Raising the Bar... in this season opener... there is a MAJOR METAMORPHOSIS in leading character Jerry Kellerman... his transformation is reason enough to watch the show... see for yourself tonight Monday, June 8 @ 10(ET/PT)...
NEW to the TNT Summer line up... Wedding Day... see deserving couples recieve their dream weddings put together by celebrity event planner Alan Dunn and author of Wedding Valentine Style Diann Valentine... the first episode airs Tuesday, June 16 @ 8pm (ET/PT)... here's a preview...
Following Wedding Day... the series premiere of Hawthorne with Jada Pinkett Smith airs Tuesday, June 16 @ 9pm (ET/PT)... Hospital drama where the nurses are the ONES IN THE KNOW... looks like we may see some battles between nurses and doctors throughout this summer season along with comic relief and romance... see it all unfold...
Another returning show for the Summer Season... Saving Grace Season 3 premieres on Tuesday, June 16 @ 10pm (ET/PT)... sorry I don't have a preview video for this opener... but if I did have one... it would feature some very funny moments mixed in with drama of course... tune in and see what I'm talking about!!!
I just LOVE that there is a NEW SUMMER SEASON to watch... with TNT... you don't have to watch reruns!!!Speaking of a LINE UP... here's Fifi's for the week...

I'm sure you think I don't watch TV, Fifi. But, I must confess! I adore Saving Grace. Imagine having your very own personal Angel! I think that would be divine! (all pun intended!) And he could bring me gifts from all over the world. Yes! I must figure out a way to get one! Maybe while we rest in Italy I will think of a plan. Maybe you will get one, too!

I love the Closer... but haven't watched many of the others. I agree the choices on the tube are very bleak at present.. last night.. Tony awards, a lame movie on NBC and basketball on ABC. I read a book.

i only wathch idol...i love it! i am not much on tv shows..i sometimes feel out of touch because i know there are many good ones out there. but i usually perfer quiet evenings with a book or magazine.. i think i'm weird though~

Hello Everyone... I MUST tell you... I am not much of a TV person... I volunteered to do these reviews for YOU... my readers!!!
I do not watch regular TV... meaning... I only watch TV that I can view online without commercials.
Reviewing these shows was PERFECT for me because they were on dvds I could in fact watch on my computer.
I REALLY enjoyed all of them!
BUT to be honest... I may not watch them on actually TV... they are good enough to make me WANT to watch them again... but I simply do not have time to watch TV.
This being said... I think I will inform the TNT people that I will not do reviews of TV show programs again. Perhaps they should be done by people who actually like to watch TV programs on a regular basis.
I do love to watch movies... so if they have a movie for me to review... I'm in!

Saving Grace is WONDERFUL!!! But you really do need to watch the entire first season to understand the whole thing with Grace...and Holly Hunter is a bitty thing who seriously needs a sammich! But love the show.
And that pink trench coat on Brenda...yummy! Love the show and the chemistry. TNT is doing a great job, as is USA...I haven't really found anything new on the regular networks except for Castle and that has Nathan Fillion in it ;D Yummy!
Please tell me that Hawthorne is not another medical show with doctors humping interns humping nurses humping first year students humping doctors..I actually watched a few episodes of Gray's, but I was seriuosly turned off by the show. And how do you get a package like that??/ I'm so jealous! And thank you for forcing yourself to do these previews...that is such a great burden you took upon yourself.
I love your blog, GADZ what art, so fun. I watch very little TV. I watch The Fashion Show and review it for a fabric place. However, I would not miss Saving Grace. That show hit me the first time I saw it. I have the first season. They are wrapping up the second now.
