Yes... Sheila is the winner choosen by Margaret Russell... HOWEVER... Linda Merrill of Blogging Top Design says "We will be holding a readers choice poll later on this week with all the entries. Our readers have often gone against what the judges decided on the show, so you never know what will happen." I wonder how many times I can vote for myself... LOL!!!
