happy halloween SITSa! Isn't it sad how quickly they grow up? This year I have an 18 year old and he will be dressed up as the Joker from Batman and is going to be at Northern Illinois University partying with friends. But, my 8 year-old is going to be Anakin Skywalker.

Adorable! My fav is the two Zorros wearing tennis shoes! Makes sense. Zorro need to run fast! Yes, my little one always wants to take off his costume at the last minute. My teen boy gave up on costumes, his twin sister still loves dressing up. This year she's Hannah Montana. My other pre-teen son is a Ninja for the 8th year in a row! We just keep buying bigger ninja costumes! Thanks for sharing your trip down memory lane with your mom's CCR 45's. What a hip/young mom!

Those pictures cracked me up!! Was that you in the pic of Pirates of the Caribbean? I loved the Zorro costumes. My husband took a knife and etched a big Z on his bedroom door. He was a "big" Zorro fan back in the day.

Yep...some of our grandkids are too big for dressing up now and I am hanging on to the little ones...we still have a few more years for them to "play"...
