I'm definately all for option three - I wouldn't turn down either one. With sun, sand and salt water right outside I couldn even live with yellow walls - for a while...

Definitely the cozy cottage style. Makes me think of cool ocean breezes just looking at those photos. By the way, loved the painting you did for Kim at Daisy Cottage.

I think it is neat to go for a modern beach house...something fresh and different. But I still love the appeal of a beachy beach house!

Personally, I prefer the cozy cottage style:)
So tough to choose . . . But you're right about it being all about the location, and right now anywhere on the beach sounds perfect.

Oh, I really like that white bed with the mirror up above. So pretty. I could definitely take a nice cozy nap there after diving into your painting and taking a quick bike ride!
